Jon Holman founded his own executive recruiting firm in 1981 after working in the industry since 1978. He is one of the most widely experienced executive recruiters at the highest levels of the information technology industries, actively participating in over 150 Presidential-level searches and the recruitment of many General Partners of top tier venture capital firms.

After earning a bachelor's degree from Princeton and an MBA from Stanford, both with high academic honors, Jon worked in human resources in industry before entering executive search.
